1.  Background.

Because the SILVER GENEALOGY SITE includes information on living family members, we have implemented a password-protection scheme to restrict this information to probable family members.

In order for this password-protection scheme to be effective, additional restrictions must be placed on the dissemination of this information.

2.  Restrictions.

To receive the password required to access the HTML files based on the Silver Family GEDCOM (database), the user must agree to the following stipulations:

  a. You may not place information on living relatives extracted from this site on any non-password-restricted site.

  b. You may not forward the information included here to any for-profit genealogical site.  We believe in the free dissemination of family history information.

  c. You may not give the password to any other researcher.  They need to request it (and "sign" this agreement) as well, so we can keep some semblance of control over site access.

3.  Agreement.

If you select the "AGREE" button, an Email will be sent to the site administrators, and one of them will send you the password as soon as they receive the notice.
